£7m cash offer going up to £20m. Ryton no longer part of the deal. Sisu have rejected it.

Consortium surprised it has been rejected apparently.

You are normally spot on with information the fa should be forcing Sisu to sell as they haven't kept up there end of the bargain ie no where to play next year.

Not sure what that means about Ryton.
Is it the club keep Ryton and get 7 million up front. Which I assume they would take.
Or is it 7 million up front but the buyers get Ryton?
Which I imagine the owners wont take as the promise of £20 million depends on them succeeding.

Bidding for the club is a pointless exercise until the legal are exhausted.

That’s my view I feel somewhere along the lines they have been advised ownership will somehow impact on the compensation afterwards.
So their plan is to keep it cost neutral until it’s over

I would be surprised if they rejected £7m up front. If true then we really are stuck and doomed as the club isn’t worth £7m or near it.

Until sisu go we will only go in to non league, of that I am certain.

This has to be the plan. Nothing else makes sense. I mean this doesn’t as they won’t get anything from the legals but at least it makes half sense.

What did tim fisher say? “We have to follow the legal system to the end as the result was damming.”

Something like that anyway

I’m surprised it was offered and equally surprised it was rejected.

Why is this supposed 'source' even saying anything?

I'd have real concerns about the capability of these potential future owners if they can't keep a takeover bid confidential until it is at least some ay down the line. Shambles.

But then we all surely agree they are never going to win the legals.

On the surface this seems a very decent offer.

Since when have Sisu ever done the right thing, the decent thing or the sensible thing?

Wasn't there a bid of £2m plus SISU keeping Ryton a few months back. With the potential purchasers (Hoff) saying Ryton was worth £6m plus.

So they've now offered less than the previous bid that was rejected and are surprised SISU haven't accepted!

Apparently the new bid is £7M up front, without Ryton and add ons potentially to £20M. So the upfront payment is £5M more. It’s a better offer.

The timing is good though isn't it? It's up there with the offer he made of 1987 or whatever it was and 30 miles to Sixfields.

It's got a few mouth breathers worked up though.

Was the "source" the mad hatter or one of The Jimmy Hill Way and pals multiple, multiple Personas? Even Richard Keys has suddenly remembered about CCFC it seems, a few accounts on here have been dusted off. It's in full flow ;)

There must be some drunk twat in Cov with a couple of million spare to chuck in to end it all. A poker playing type.
I'll ring up and speak to my mate, Dale Evans and see if he has any idea who it is.

And here comes Nick to defend anything percrived as negative to Sisu.

Serious question, do you receive any payments or benefits in kind from Sisu or anyone linked to them?

100% Nope, the same as last time you or one of your buddies timed an appearance to try that line.

Nice try though because I'm pointing out the obvious. Happens every time.

Last time it was a dodgy account the Jimmy hill way massive made up push that sort of thing. Wheelfass also tries that line, strange he appeared today.

Try not to be so blatant

He doesn't even mention sisu in his post you clown.

He rarely mentions Sisu, strange as they have butchered the club for 10 years. What he always does is continually attack and undermine anyone or anything that opposes them, and has done so aggressively for years. But you know that or are thick as pigshit.
