I hope this hasn't been posted before but just seen this on a site.

Possible Recriminations For City It is understood that some creditors will take legal action if Coventry City were to go into administration as a way of getting out of their debts.
Moves have been made by CIty's owners SISU to set up companies such as Otium, Sconset and Avro Master Trust which could be used as vehicles to have debts transferred to and then placed into administration.
However, we understand this attempt to wriggle out of paying monies owing or due will bet met by legal action by some creditors who want or need all the money they are owed, something, which may end up costing the owners of Coventry City a lot more in the long run.
Speaking last week to the CT, Ken Dulieu, who stood down as Coventry City Chairman, said that he could not guarantee that the club would not go into administration.

Not really news any administration in any company could be challenged legally. Wonder where the story came from originally - who sourced it to covmad?

Also Sconset Capital and Avro Master Trust are not companies most likely investment funds unlikely they would take in debt to then write it off because it would decrease the value of the funds for no good reason

Of course KD cant guarantee not going into administration no one can. Any company could go into administration you cant guarantee an unknown future.

nothing new here really, not a comment aimed at you bloodnut  you are right to get it out there, it is at CovMad who tend to regurgitate stuff to dream up a bit of sensationalism at times

No worries mate, like you said I thought I would get it out there.
Really pees me off to City in such a bad way and just wish we could get it sorted.

As soon as I heard about Otium I thought that they were possibly planning something that could get us in much worse trouble than just a 10 point deduction. My analysis was that they surely wouldn't be so stupid to try something like that, but now I'm not so sure...somebody tell them it could be a 25 point deduction enacted next season, quick!
