I’m more confident now then at the start of the day. We need just one point.

Even we can fuck that up can we

It's a great day!!!

Win next week and we could possibly overtake Notts County and Exeter.
Anybody's guess what the outcome will be imo. I am 55% confident we will make the play-offs given the staggering inconsistent scorelines we have had recently. And Mansfield demo'd what I meant by back on track too.

Morcombe will be another 6 1 don’t worry

This is the Sky Blues we're talking about so just between you and me, I'll worry!

I think Barnet are at home to Chesterfield next week. They will win that, meaning Morecambe will need a point. Morecambe not an easy side to beat, it will v nervy next week.

I have it on good authority that next weeks game will kick off 15 minutes later than scheduled as both teams need a point

There won’t be any dramas next week it’s easy enough to get in the play offs - I never thought we wouldn’t - however the teams we are likely to play will be hard work for us.

Credit where credit is due there couldn't have been a better response to Tuesday. A tale of what might have been though having taken 4 and 6 points off Luton and Wycombe respectively.

Mansfield had 3 shots on target today and scored 3 goals. 9 on target for us and 6 goals.

Yes!!! Get in. Hard watching from the home end but the SBA were in great voice. Great win. Defence looked solid.

We will make it easily next weekend I think.

Depends who we get in the play-offs. At the moment it is very unclear.

Eakin's been getting a few things wrong today. He says we can finish 5th.

Well, we can finish 4th. 3 points behind Exeter and a much superior goal difference. They lose and we win then 4th is possible.

Done ourselves a massive favour getting the our goal difference up! We really should beat Morecambe but now we’ve got a little insurance policy and Mansfield have to win by more than 1 goal.
Mansfield can win 1-0 and us lose 1-0 and they go into play offs over us.

Hopefully Lincoln will miss out ;)

Mansfield play Stevenage, who had a great win against Exeter today, so that's no gimme.

Do we really believe that if Barnet and Mansfield are both winning with us drawing, that the mutually beneficial result won’t happen? That said I’d like us to go out like today and get early goals to kill it stone dead.

Fantastic win, what a dream away day, wish I could have gone. The Mansfield result was irrelevant, it's still completely in our hands. No one would have predict our result but if I was being really greedy. If we had scored one more goal or not conceded, that would have given us that extra bit of comfort.

Time to enjoy the result and have a beer!

Looking at the table we could easily end up with the same goal difference and goals scored as Lincoln.

What’s the next deciding factor?
