As per CCFC website which I have just this minute viewed,The Coventry City Customer Care Charter states how the club will looked after it's fans,and gives you an email address for the football league ombusman.This has not been kept up to date as it also states that you can write to Michelle Ridley for club enquiries.
So many statements that the club has not adeared too.

Makes no difference .... they will still pass the so called fit and proper test knowing the clowns at the FL.
