The bbc are a public interest broadcaster though, they don’t need the ratings they should be giving access to the lower league teams

But then...public interest wouldn't be there would it? If 3 Million people turn in to watch Chelsea v Arsenal and 500k turn in to watch City v Maidstone or whatever then....they've gone with public interest.
