I went to watch the doubles before the match today, GB won 3 - 0, it started at 1pm and was all over in 90 mins, I even got to my seat before the players came out of the tunnel!

The atmosphere was great, and we played some great tennis. It was my first time seeing it live. Jonny Marray (current Wimbledon doubles champion) was playing his first match.

The ties now 2-1 to Russia with 2 more singles matches tomorrow

No idea, but apparently it two weeks to put the court down and the players had use of it for a week, so that's 2-3 weeks worth of money before the main event started.

Interesting. My little girl loved it, loads of kids activitys and the missus went shopping round arena when I went the game.

Apparently the council(through ACL) paid the LTA £50,000 for them to hold it at the Ricoh.
