Are Financial Fair Pay regulations in the Championship useless?
This BBC article seems to suggest that QPR could well wriggle out of sanctions for breaching FFP regulations as a result of securing promotion to the Premier Lesgue: http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/27538802
So it appears the message is: Spend as much as you want - just make sure you secure promotion! So you might want to spend a bit more...
Or, put another way: A good way to skirt regulations designed to even out the competition a bit is to further distort the competition. Genius.
