I have got a mate who at the last minute has decided to get this package. The website says that these tickets can be purchased at the Ricoh before tonight's game. I have tried to buy on line but the site does not seem to work for this. It says that Ticketmaster fees will be added. Does anybody know what these will be?

That sounds like you can buy them prior to the game at the Ricoh Ticket office

Yes . However he is asking what the fees will be on top of the £45. As we all know these can push the overall price up a lot.
