First game of the season. Sunday 4th August 3pm

Everybody who is against moving Coventry City Football club to Northampton, please come to the Ricoh when we are playing to listen on the radio.

Is there any possibility that the match could be shown on the big screens inside the Ricoh?
How can we contact ACL to ask if they would let us in?

15,000 fans chanting at the Ricoh with an empty pitch would attract Sky Sports and all Media coverage would be made aware of what SISU have done to our club.

Anyone up for it? PUSB

Untill the club returns to Coventry I have lost all passion and interest for the club. I am tempted to go to the Borough on Saturday to protest but need to make a break.

Stewarding, safety, policing, someones got to pay for that. Maybe ACL would do it, charge a couple of quid, open the burger bars, make some money. But they won't dare risk doing that unless they can sell tickets in advance, in case nobody turns up.

Legal issues televising the game, or playing radio commentary over ground speakers - at best I reckon everyone woud have to take their own PERSONAL radios.

In that case get down to Northampton and block the road the team bus takes, then ring the stadium
so there's no way either side can get in to get changed or play the game at the stated time... They
might get the game on eventually but it would give Sisu a massive police bill to deal with. How many
police would be needed to remove at least 10,000 people

In principal its a good idea, however you just can't beam live matches without agreement with whichever broadcaster has the rights, presume sky. No doubt there would be a cost as well.
Maybe an event could be staged at the Ricoh with local bands, pre match and post match with a break in between to listen to live radio feed of match

Involve CWR/Free Radio ,sure they could do a broadcast of their own feeds.:thinking about:

I still think that in the light of the NOPM protest Fuckfish will attempt to stop all local radio "live" broadcasts.
He knows that the majority of ex-fans will be listening in and not attending the games, thus jeopardising his master plan.
We wont even see the goals or highlights since they won't be featuring on the FLS cos its on a Saturday night.
Don't think that they are not that spiteful to do this because they don't give a shit about any of us.
