I guess the good thing with football now is that we are so alert to any issues like this. Getting him checked so quickly is something that may not have happened 10 years ago

What amazes me the most is how people like muamba and foe were able to travel into the future to get the vaccine, then travel back in time and collapse on the pitch due to the vaccine as that's the only reason why these things happen

Not to mention Eriksen wasn't vaccinated & Aguero's was a known condition since childhood. He did very well to have the career he did.

This is getting ridiculous. Everyone wishes John well I'm sure, but to say it was near fatal without having any clue what caused it is nonsense. He is home now, so that doesn't indicate any obvious serious condition, and also the known side effects of the vaccine are fairly easy to identify and he would have been kept in hospital if that was the case.

Also I don't get the need to come on here and wish him well.

Obviously everybody wants the guy to get better, you'd be a fucking monster not to. He's not going to see it though, he doesn't give a shit about us or even know we exist. He's not going to wake up in hospital and demand to see his phone to check what the lads on SBT have said.

When people die everybody is trying to be the first to rush their grief onto social media so they seem the most compassionate and caring.

It's an actual rare occurrence of the often misused 'virtue signalling'
