What a diffrence a season makes
Read the southend site when freddie the 'Saviour' went back to rescue them and they were ecstatic
12 months later and most of there fans want to get rid of him in a poll this week
Was taken off after only 58mins of there last match by the new manager Phil Brown

There is a time and place for all players (apart from the very best.....which we can't afford). Obviously it was not Freddies' time and place at Cov. but it was for McG. He will never again find the form he found at Cov. As for Freddie; he will make a good living at lower league level.

How the mighty fall
Its worrying how low he is prepared to go as he was offically frozen out by Strurrick the last manager and only played 6 games
new manager Brown brought him on as sub for first game in charge then gave him a game and took him off after 58mins
Looks like they will release him in the summer

Think he is at lower league level and he doesn't seem to be. Unless you mean non-league?
