If ACL offered Otium that tempoary free use of stadium deal, which would keep them as our owners would that be acceptable to us fans.

they should of course go ...and when they go we should erect a two-foot statue of Joy Sepella for passing dogs to relieve themselves on

As Tim said that they won't go back to the RICOH, it's a moot point.

No they're not acceptable, SISU have to go as they've proven they can't be trusted.

Yes. It keeps us in Coventry, we can get back to playing football then it would be up to JE, GA and PH4 to do their stuff.

What about this scenerio then ? Lets say we remain in administration as the season starts which is likely, so it will be Paul Appleton running the football club as he did at the back end of last season, so he takes up ACLs "play for free offer". The club is back up for grabs and low and behold another sisu subsidery becomes a preferred bidder. They get the nod, we are playing at the Ricoh, would ACL boot them out, of course not. So we could be left with sisu back running our club, having a temporary ground, possibly for free while conjuring up other plans.

WRONG:
Paul Appleton has at no time been running the club. Fisher has continued to run the club from Holdings, which Appleton - as their appointed administrator - seems to have full accepted.

Agree with this.

I also don't think another SISU entity would get the club as they will have the same issues arising when it comes to fit and proper persons.

Ignore my previous deleted post!

I think he did at the outset ,but his opinion changed through the process.

His input in securing the three game deal signified that IMO,However the funding through holdings suggests control ,if that stops and we are suddenly selling players then that is a different suggestion.

Appleton is running CCFC Ltd. The GS is allegedly with CCFC Ltd. The Memorandum of Association says that CCFC Ltd is the football club. Appleton is running the club.

Do not agree.
Fisher and Holdings have continued to run the club, make decisions about players, hold forums about the future of the club etc. etc. etc.
How is PA then "running" the club? He isn't - all he is doing is administering CCFC Ltd., which apparently is a shell with nothing but debt in it.
