How do you post a Gif? (1 Viewer)

I can see how to use Giphy, but what if you want to select one from elsewhere. When I use the media upload option it doesn't work for me.


As you can probably tell from the OP, I have never ever posted a Gif before.

Oh, meant to say, I don't have the link. Just a Gif someone sent to me, so it is downloaded on my tablet.

Not sure, to be honest, might be worth doing it the longer way by uploading it onto Photobucket or any other hosting site you may use, and you'll get a link to post it here.

I don't use housing sites. I am old school and wouldn't even know where to begin.

Go to imgur.com

Click on the upload icon (looks like an arrow pointing up to a cloud)

Select upload from device

Select your photo

Click upload

When it's done, right click (or long press on touchscreen) on your image that should now be displayed and select Open Image in new tab

Copy URL of this new tab and paste in SBT image thingy.
