I've been to watch this and it is as crazy as it looks!!!

It happens EVERY day and is always packed! We were on the Indian side and there are actually different stands for locals, tourists and then VIP's with each side also having a drummer to create the atmosphere.

You look through into the Pakistani side and they have two stands, one for men and one for women and all of them are getting right into it!!

Completely surreal and full of pomp but a great way to spend an afternoon and you get to walk down to right next to the gate after it has closed as well. I'll have to try and stick some of my pictures of it up.
