JSB new membership online (1 Viewer)

I usually find the eticketing website easy to use but this one has me baffled so any help would be appreciated.

I am trying to sign my 10 year old cousin up for a JSB, I have selected the JSB winger membership and have it in my basket however its asking me to assign it to a member, do I need to set him up as a member before I can do this? How do I create a memebership account for a 10 year old who doesn't have an email address?

If you are a ST holder he needs to be attached to you and your email address.

Why do they still give us family tickets for £22 in the package when they know we have season tickets? When are we going to use them? Has anyone ever tried for a cup game or is it league games only? Free gift was a a bag she can use for swimming though so all good
