Try keto if you can, I'm rarely hungry now but it's no carbs high fat.

If not, ice cold water helps full you up

It is just a pain prep wise and if you have kids and have to be prepare 2 lots of meals

Not planning on changing my diet completely just for that purpose, I love me carbs too much!

Made some spiced roasted chickpeas, that’ll do me.

After training in a 45 minute blast I spent 15 minutes in "peak" heart rate and 35 minutes in cardio.

It says "peak is over 85% of maximum heart rate".

That's not going to do much for burning fat is it?

It will, you still burn fat at cardio level.

Fingers crossed, will see next week

Didn't know if the extreme zone would be doing much.

I think hitting that level is more aerobic zone training rather than fat burning. My MHR is about 185 at the moment, can break through that on some hills!

Doing circuits 3 times a week, about 1000 calories in the our and a big mix of cardio and weights.

Any fat that's going is just being gained muscle so not really noticing anything on the scales :(

Did you design the circuit yourself or is it a class you attend?

I've started losing weight again.

Having a bit of a shit time of it at the moment and my body keeps dumping adrenaline, and using that to smash the gym. Toned up loads in just a week and dropped 8lbs too. I was only 14 stone, so 8lbs is a massive drop in weight.

Bought a smoothie blender from aldi a few weeks ago and its been a revelation. Ive not eaten breakfast for years as not hungry early doors but got into habit of wacking kiwis, grapes you name it in the blender before work and im no longer snacking on chocolate etc during the day. Plus you're getting all your vits before you've even got out the house (I'd never personally be able to eat that much fruit without it blended). Would definitely recommend it.

Did a couple of great rides in Scotland this week in the mountains and lochside. Shitty weather and very windy but very enjoyable!

Bet it was beautiful to look at up there, sounds like hard work though doing the pedalling! Guess the scenery took the edge off?

A lot of coastal roads too so great going one way, awful going back due to wind. It’s an amazing place and a joy to be up there. Locals are patient as well so don’t try and get past you on single track roads which takes the pressure off also

Dropped the Keto and just eating normally but healthy for about 5 weeks. Really struggled with strength while doing the Keto although it was good for original fat loss.

Train intense HIIT circuits twice a week and have just started weight training in between. Exactly the same weight but down a trouser size so far.

I dropped bread, crisps etc during the week and replaced with Huel. I eat normally for breakfast and dinner and eat what I like at the w/e so not a major change and weight is coming off nicely. Doing a lot more on the bike and getting a lot quicker! Now a tiny bit over 11st and really feel the difference

So what do you mix it with (hoping you say water). It looks to be a full meal replacement shake ala slimfast correct?

If you say Water and it's a meal replacement, then you best get a refer a friend link up in here.

Been a bit slack recently on the gym and diet following my 8 week programme. Dropped 2 stone in that time so feel much better for it, but need to get my arse back into gear.

Yes just water, pop in the powder and whack in the fridge. Been using for about 5 months, others have it for breakfast and dinner but personally feel that’s a little OTT
