MASCOTS: Applications open from 9am on 12th July

Get ready to send an email for your kids to be Mascots next season, I think they get booked up quite quickly!

To be eligible for the mascot package you need to be:
  • A 2017/18 Junior Sky Blues member
  • Aged from 4-14 as of 31st August 2017.
You will need to have the new 2017/18 home kit and mascots will need to be accompanied by an adult.

All Sky Blues mascots will experience:
  • Opportunity to walk out on the pitch with your favourite Sky Blues player
  • Pre-match behind the scenes tour
  • Pre-match visit to the Sky Blues changing room to meet the squad & get autographs
  • Pre-match warm up on the pitch with Sky Blue Sam
  • Tickets to watch the game for the mascot & accompanying adult
  • Programme for the mascot and parent/guardian
  • Photos of your day (provided 1-2 weeks after the game)
  • Refreshments
  • On the day mascot pack – including certificate and free gift

Didn't realise that so many other clubs charged for that as well!

QPR used to be the most expensive club in the country a few years back. It was at least £500 but may have been as much as £800. Certainly a test of the loyalty of the parents...

All the bad rap the club gets for all its downfalls but this and the kids Christmas party are fantastic. Really good for the kids and parents alike.
If only the rest of the club ran the same

I think it's great the club don't charge and in the long run they will get more than their money back from the kids who enjoy the experience. I know I've ploughed £1000's into CCFC since I was a mascot back in the mid-90's.

I'd be interested to know if Swindon ever have games where they don't have any mascots. Would hardly be surprise.

Many many thanks for the head's up Nick. My boy was lucky enough to be chosen. I'll tell him on his upcoming birthday and I've no doubt he'll be made up (I know I'm ridiculously excited already ha!).

I said to Mark Hornby that it's much appreciated that it is still free, so I'd make a donation to SBITC as a way of saying thanks. :emoji_thumbsup:
