just reading an update of their situation

not only have they not started selling season tickets but also came across this:--

Tal Ben-Haim: His agent Pini Zahavi claims that the Israeli isn't willing to play in the third tier and clubs are interested in him but there have been suggestions that Ben-Haim is more than happy to sit on his £36,000-a-week wage.

thats about 1.5 times the rent of the ricoh or around 6000 x the cost of our season tickets

Appleton: We think Tal deserves recognition for his efforts last season-his new £50,000 a week, 5 year deal is the least he should get.

Much as i dislike players being complete... Well i won't swear, but money grabbing pillocks who never really loved the game and are after a quick buck...

I think it couldn't have happened to a nicer club... I'm sure the PL and the media will find a way to pay his wages for them.
