    quite so nick, my apologies,
    i just read it as sept, it was 26sept 2013,
    a bit naghty for the OP to put that up today,
    still it doesn't hide the fact that JS thinks that TF has done a good job (certainly NOT imho)

    I assume someone thinks he has done a good job. Look at all the staff at that level who have come and gone yet he is still here.
    Either she thinks he has done a good job or he has invested himself.
