I have not been on here for any considerable time recently due to work and other commitments and so may have have missed this BUT does anyone know the terms under which we are playing at Sixfields? ie. rent, matchday costs as opposed to income (in terms of parking, F&B etc.)

pretty sure its

1) we agreed a fee of £100k a year
2) SISU wont pay it
3) SISU will not submit plans for a new stadium in cov
4) Northampton Sky Blues launches in 2017

Has a deal been finalised yet ? Can a deal be done while we are in administration ? Have Northamptonshire police agreed yet ? Apparently their police commissioner knew nothing about it until last week

Read an interview with Cardoza in their local paper where he said CCFC wouldn't get much F&B as they contract out to a third party!

In which case where is the bloody benefit of playing outside of Coventry? other than of course to piss ACL off.

Because it is about franchising the club, nothing more nothing less and has been planned for a long time.

Banter aside - as I understand it...
A rent of £150,000 a season (in that region)
Northampton take a percentage of catering profits.
City Cobblers pay all policing & stewarding
Nothing been ratified by police.
& of course as the administrator should be calling the shots - Fisher has no rights to be saying anything about anything - but then we all know what's going on there, don't we.
See you all at Gosford Green.
This is important chaps.
As Jesus Wept notes - You can beat a team, but you can't beat a team and a city (Jimmy Hil, god bless him).

3000 average gate (optimistic)
average ticket (net of vat £6)
6 x 3000 x 23 = £414k

Ricoh would be
12 x 10000x23= £2.76m

come on tim even allowing for rent and food and drink, show me the business case
