Being held back until after Aplleton completes his investigation? Or are the auditors having difficulty in signing them off?

Can you see a reason for holding back the accounts till after Appelton has finished his job?

Will Appleton see them before he completes his investigation.
Will he later say, "Sorry I would not have known that fact as the accounts were not published at the time" ?
or "If I had known that the outcome would have been different, we are legally only allowed to use documents available at the time"

This STINKS !!!!

To firstly see which way he jumps over the location of the players....?

Can't see why it should take so long to complete the audit of a relatively small company, particularly when they are so grossly overdue and therefore some urgency required.

But which company are you talking about? Otium? Can they file accounts while SBS&L haven't? Can SBS&L file accounts when Holdings haven't? Can Holdings file accounts when Limited is still under liquidation?
Maybe it's possible, but would it be practical?
And btw - even if the accounts are overdue what's the rush? If they are filed tomorrow or in a month - nothing will change.

Maybe it's possible, but would it be practical? Practical to who

If they are filed tomorrow or in a month - nothing will change. if it makes no differance then there would be no harm in filing them, infact it would benifit shitsu as they wouldn't have a fine to pay and they wouldn't get the negative press

Appleton would need to find the haystack before looking for the needle. And as he can't find the haystack I don't have much hope.

Surely Appleton must have seen the information in these accounts to do his job?
If the information is there why not publish it?!
Given what's been going on fans should be demanding the accounts are published and scrutinised.

Lets get everything in the open.

Is it not fundamental for the accounts of Limited to be submitted prior to its liquidation?! It's all gone very quiet, just as it has with the sponsorship, new ground and travel arrangements for the fans who want to go to shitfields..surely it wouldn't take too long to arrange a minibus once a fortnight driven by sky blue Sam. He'd be glad of the extra twenty quid. More bullshit from Turkey Tim Fishnet.

Back to the point of the thread though, I would've imagined any normal administrator would insist that a companies accounts were submitted as a priority. This will all be part and parcel of his massive bung thrown to him by SISU. And before anyone asks no I don't have proof, it's stating the bleeding obvious.

There's a good boy Paul...Sit, down, roll over, say you can't find the golden share. Good boy! And for acting like a complete retard for the past 6 months we will prolong your daily fee a couple months longer..good boy!

Where've you been??? Fans HAVE been demanding on many issues...but it has absolutely no effect whatsoever. None of these people have to answer to the fans until it gets to paying money for merchandise or a ticket. Then consumer rights are the only thing of relevance regarding the former, & the latter has many terms & conditions of sale, & no guarantee of what will be delivered beyond a numbered seat at the event, on the published date.
Hence NOPM is our best chance if gaining any outcome anywhere near what we would like.
