I thought Appelton had set a 2 week bidding window. Will the court proceedings be over and a decision taken in respect to the GS at that time? How long will sisu's preferred administrator wait before he execute the sale?
Fit and proper test ... don't expect too much there. It is more likely FA/FL will demand a security bond.

I must assume he means all bids from any party must be concluded by then. That would suggest he will close the bids by that time and it does not mean any bid is accepted. It won't be because he must have the definitive answer about whether or not the golden share is with CCFC Ltd. SISU could bid without that as a pre condition. Doubt Haskell would bid without a precondition though eh?
Would the administrator be perfectly within his rights to accept a bid and sell it from the company who has made no such precondition as being therefore the favoured bidder and draw an end to the saga? Or must he abide by all bids and accept a precondition and the need to first conclude the existence of the golden share lying within CCFC Ltd?
