Think you will find Lineker and his friends got rid of the parasites they had at the time and took the chance to start again more or less from scratch had taken a while but they can say it worked, here when takeovers were ever mentioned we could never get fully rid of the ball and chains we had at the time. We should have bit the bullet and copied what Leicester did re. administration before the rules were changed, but that was like turkeys voting for Christmas.
