So, essentially, if im right in saying (which im probably not. and do correct me if im wrong)
-The golden Share, like we pretty much expected, is with Ltd.
-However, the rights to the CCFC name, the season ticket rights etc are still with Sisu
-Despite this, offers will still be made to buy the admin part of the club
-Whoever is successful will ultimately have to either buy out Sisu or work together with them
------personally, from what we've all seen, Sisu seem a pretty terrible group of people to work with, so preferably it would be a buyout. The downside of this though is that Sisu will probably want to "recoup their losses".
- If all goes to plan (Which it won't) Sisu should be gone sooner than we think. But, this will all most likely go to court.
------ we probably all know Sisu's record in the courtroom and that Ms Joy Sep has a bit of a reputation, one of being a bit of a fibber.
