The rent issue...Here's a thought (1 Viewer)

After a couple of months of silence Tim Fisher puts his head above the parapet again and trots off we are off elsewhere to play. Now what if ACL offered sisu a no rent agreement, just costs electric, security that sort of thing. say for 12 months and offered meaningful talks within that time frame to broker a deal. Could even offer them a share in the catering. Nothing different to what has happened all season really. With the administrator due to report in nearly 3 weeks time a sisu refusal of such an offer wouldn't look good to the judge would it and would call what i believe to be a bluff on playing elsewhere, just a thought.

Would it not be the administrator who would have to negotiate with ACL and not SISU if they are running the company?

Judges aren't interested in what looks good; only in what is right and lawful.

At the present time, it wouldn't be right for ACL to talk or negotiate with anybody except for the court-appointed administrator.

ACL could start by offering SISU exactly the same deal as is rumored to have been offered to PH1V.
That would do for starters as it creates a level playing field.
It would then be up to SISU to accept or not.

Who, in their right minds wants our club run by SISU......Their track record is appalling. They would take the shirt off your back.

I agree why talk to SISU about the club when the administrator is in charge?
