I further investigated it and found that if you go to avast anti-virus settings -> troublshooting -> redirect settings -> WEB I found that HTTP port was populated with 80, I deleted that and the problem was solved already 2 weeks

Thanks Nick problem with Proxy server settings .....I'm backHave you tried to disable to Anti Virus stuff? You won't be using a proxy I don't think.
What have Virgin said? Have you tried the malware bytes scan?
Have you got another computer you can test with on the same router?
