No, but I don't think it'll make any difference.

I have to say, it's not looking great for the council, is it?

So when you look at the evidence, the outcome that there was no PR attacks found is a bit strange? Especially as it is there in emails that they were doing it.

Do I have to repeat myself, I have not read it. No comment at present.

But have you read it and are you ready to comment now?

I was going to ask another question about it, but you beat me to it :(

It looks like Simon and the telegraph are going through them as they discuss them so it's easier to keep up that way.

If this is found in Sisu's favour and the council and the telegraph have all been very naughty, then what? Wheatsheaf for a knees up? Barbecue round Lucas' gaff?

Yeah I was joking. If he says he hasn't read it then I believe that he hasn't read it. I haven't read it.

They will sell the entire City of Coventry to Wasps directly, and then say SISU bullied them into it.

Newcastle fans will love it, with all the black & white stripes.

I think he questioned too much of what was going on and his employers didn't like it. They just needed someone to toe the party line I reckon.

Well they found Simon "Wolfie Smith" Gilbert - a true man of the people.

What a great day to get internet hooked up in my new place! Its just like the old days of being in court.

Having read the evidence, well the bits of it that aren't blacked out, it doesn't look good for the council. No wonder Fisher was always moaning about Webber Shadwick.

Makes me pretty angry to be honest. When this all kicked off I was totally on the side of the council but the longer this has gone on the more my view has changed as bit by bit evidence has dripped out. I posted on here a while back, when it turned out a lot of what Fisher had been saying about ACL was to everyone's shock actually true, that it was started to look like a PR battle SISU had lost and all this certainly makes that seem ever more likely.

Looks like the CT are less than blameless as well. Surely not in the interests of the club for them to be doing deals with the council to sit on stories?

Still interesting about the Supporters Direct person working with the Council / ACL's PR company. Again, maybe SISU had a point when they said they didn't want to talk to certain fans groups because of it?

As we get bits of information coming out things SISU have said, and been ridiculed for by most - myself included, turn out to seem very plausible.

If this is found in Sisu's favour and the council and the telegraph have all been very naughty, then what? Wheatsheaf for a knees up? Barbecue round Lucas' gaff?

Can't imagine the council are going to rule against themselves. Its probably just another step along the way in SISU trying to get all the information they want public knowledge out there and available for them to use in court.

Yeah I thought that, they are slowly getting more and more out in the open.

I'd like everything to be out in the open, whether it is the council, SISU or Higgs so people can see what exactly what went on rather than an article in the CET or Observer.

Makes you wonder about this PR battle too, I bet they don't come cheap.

In one of the documents it says how they will have the backs of West and Reeves for something, it does seem like they will all back each other up anyway.

I wonder how much has been spent on the PR battle, the legal fees and everything else. If it had all come to the club instead we might be the wealthiest club in Britain.

It's all an absolute shambles to be honest. I've said this from day one that whilst SISU are no angels the council unfortunately has an obligation to deal with them in the interests of the City and not their own personal vendettas... and if they are not able to put their feelings to a side they need to step down.

It seems pretty clear to me that the council have not acted appropriately, even if the findings today are whitewashed, it will just go to the next level where a councilor from Coventry wont be ruling if a councilor from Coventry acted inappropriately... you really couldn't make it up!

..onto 2013 £14.4m taxpayer Ricoh bailout when @covtelegraph editor agreed with @coventrycc chief exec Reeves to sit on story till deal done

They are tweets from Les Reid, not from the meeting.

Les has tweeted that he has evidence that he will publish. If this is true then the Tel are just as bad as the council in this whole sorry affair..."but the evidence only came to light the day after we went top"... honest guv:jerkit:

Another Tweet from Les Reid:

@covtelegraph/Trinity Mirror sought to deny my right to reveal this in public interest, but caved in 4weeks before my tribunal

That explains the silence and gardening leave then.

Point 13...it says that AL was Chair of the ACL Shareholder Panel which she took up before she became Leader of the Council. Is there a conflict of interests here? If she was chair of that panel, is she likely to have been a shareholder in ACL?

After the sale of the Ricoh to Wasps, did the shareholders see any payments from Wasps in relation to the purchase?

For the benefit of legal eagles reading this forum, I'm not suggesting bungs or the sort but....just asking the questions to clarify my understanding.
