They would have to brush up their Spanish four letter words. I don't think they can complete a sentence without.

Shite player, but he talks a good game at least. Personally, I think he'll be a successful manager/coach at the top level.

As for Phil, well, is he there to hand out training bibs?

Was about to write that. One our best ever right backs and at one point probably the best in the world.

And I personally like Phil....not as good a player as his brother but I think a decent guy badly treated by some trolls. He always seems to react with dignity and clearly loves his daughter.
Hope they do ok

To be fair to Sir Alex, he got the absolute maximum out of Gary Neville as a player, any other coach would have struggled to get him above average.

Shite, but not THAT shite, I stand corrected. ;)

He has taken a job where in reality he can't fail, if he does a bad job its experience but he only has a contract until the end of the season so he can always turn around and say it was only short term. Its obvious he understands the game very well.

Better than Thuram? Better than Zanetti? Better than the legend of Roland Nilsson? Better than Ally Pickering?!?! ;)

Yes. Unfair to compare him to Nilsson though. Gary Neville doesn't possess the power, might and ability of a higher being.
