stopped taking her seriously when she compared going to the Ricoh to going to Old Trafford or Anfield!

She has complained about fans booing the players off at half-time, also said instead of booing they should get off their butts and go to game. Must be a bloody loud boo if those booing weren't there.

I noticed she mentioned Liverpool fans as an example of fans being fully supportive and never getting on the backs of anyone. I'm sure Roy Hodgson would beg to differ, Christine.

Good on you Christine, that's what I say. I agreed with most of what she said. It's nice to hear someone trying to say something positive for a change.

I agree about people boo'ing, I have never boo'd a city player or the team but the rest of it was tripe.

I don't think it was. She said that we need to back our team even when times are tough. I agree. It's so easy to moan about the club. Look how many threads there on here when we lose and then how many when we win.

I never boo either, but today in the first half we didn't have a single shot on target and didn't have a single corner. Their keeper had absolutely nothing to do. Besides this we were passionless and lethargic. Can accept nervousness, I can't accept a lack of appetite.

Don't agree with it but fully understand why fans booed. It was a very shambolic first half effort. That's if you can call it an effort.

We have had this subject re booing before. Frankly I don't like it but I do understand peoples right to boo a bad performance they have paid good money for. How else would you show your disappointment with the teams effort? Cheering and booing is all part and parcel of the game and players are man enough to hear it. Lets not turn them into babies for god sake. They need to know and realise they have not done well. It should be something they can tune in to at half time with the manager and make it a positive and prove the fans that booed them wrong. That they did for most of the second half and it worked!
Sadly they lapsed again and failed to keep the draw....

I couldn't believe the amount of time they gave her! - she just would not shut up. "Have you heard the one about the twelth man?" Bellend!

She spoke so much ccrap it was unbelievable, I like how she tried to back up her argument about Scouse and Man Ure fans by saying she remembers when Ferguson was managing Man Ure and they were playing Oxford.... yes dear, they did play against Oxford, however that was when Oxford had a couple of years in Div 1.... thats Div 1 which is now the Premiership, just so you know love..

She was a SISU plant or Andy Thone's wife - either way it was embarrasing.

Even Ian sounded too deflated to put up a fight. Guy called Chris was articulate and summed it all up very well.

Good on her for trying to be positive, but her understanding of the true situation was almost non existant. Probably not one of lifes great thinkers.

I felt the booing was aimed more at the general situation and malaise around the club. To be honest i can see both sides of the argument, in an idael world there would be no reason to boo, but to expect people to clap and cheer when we're 2 nil down and looking like we dont give a shit is a bit rich, people pay there money and are entitled to voice an opinion. Those fans that are still turning up deserve a medal not to be told that they should'nt express there dissatisfaction or protest. So christine stop sitting there feeling smug about what a great fan you are and get off your arse and start fighting for the club like some are.

I didn't hear the first half, so you can imagine my confusion at the end, when I thought we hadn't done too bad considering we'd had to re-shuffle our defense. Oh and hands up everybody who said we can sell Turner because we have plenty of centre-backs - yes that's you Ken.
