It's getting close to his recall date now, anybody else getting nervous nothing official has been announced?

A bid to buy him? Why would Newcastle sell? The lad is only 18 and in a couple of years time could be worth 10 times as much.

Potential England international star in the making I reckon.

Yep. Think Newcastle will be absolutely bonkers to sell him! Be a total madness!

Loan yes, sell? Why on earth would they? He's a local Newcastle lad anyway and that's his team.

best we can hope for is we get promoted and another year loan next year in championship

and stretching it to max we get to prem straight away and loan him for one final season in prem

It'll really piss me off if he's not eligible to play in the champions league for us m8

I've been fortunate to meet with his dad on a few occasions.

Adam likes it here and has made good friends.

The omens are good that he will continue to play for us beyond his existing loan period.

Saw a tweet from his girlfriends dad (I think!), someone asked him if he was attending Burton game. He said no as he was watching Newcastle. He then said he would of gone to Burton game if it was Armstrongs last game.

So he's not being sold or recalled, he's retiring?

Nobody seems to have grasped the possibility that if we are in the Championship next season, Newcastle might be as well

yeah because newcastle being relegated would be in the "best we could hope for" scenario..............
