Worst Team - Centre Backs (2 Viewers)

Our worst ever CCFC Team is coming along nicely. Here it was we have no far:
GK - Rafaelle Nuzzo
LB - Stephen O'Halloran
RB - David McNamee

Subs - Chris Dunn, Gary Barrowdale

This week, we want you to let us know who are our worst ever Centre Backs and why. I'll pick out the unlucky duo to partner O'Halloran and McNamee in defence, and a 3rd player to go on our bench. Make sure to tune in to 98.6 Hillz FM from 10am for Sports Lounge with Liam Cook, where this week we'll talk Guardiola's move to Man City, Maddison's move to Norwich and we also have a competition for some Wasps tickets. Enjoy the show and happy blogging

Just no. Far too many to choose from and the last thing I want to do right now is remember the shite we've had over the years. I'm out.

Leon Barnett and Arjan de Zeeuw. Absolute dogshit the pair of 'em

I'll return the favour this week and agree with you!! ;) but I'll also throw in Steve Walsh (?) played once and only once away at Watford where I think we lost 5-0! Was not a good day. I'm assuming one offs count given Nuzzo is involved already!

Definitely Reece Brown .... after that I can't think of one as bad as him!! Leon Barnett wasn't great so I will go for him

David Buust was pretty awful Steve Morgan wasn't a proper footballer but Colin Hendry wen you consider his total cost wages and a transfer fee pound for pound the worst.

Buust wasn't great but he was having a standout season the year of his injury.

Steven Pressley was arse

Andy Pearce, Kevan Smith (bought him year after Cup win I think), Steve Walsh, Reece Brown, Colin Hendry (financially), Andy Webster

How is McNamee our worst ever right back? Not even close imo he was just injury prone.

As for centre backs Jesus there's been a few.

Mikkel Bischoff
De Zeuww
Reece Brown
Leon Barnett
Ramage
Webster

My final two will be Barnett and Brown!

God awful the pair of them.

Is it just my memory but i cant remember half of em ever playing for us
Same here steve. I'm sure it's what comes with witnessing what we now regard as the 'norm' with so many woeful footballers. It gets to the point where we no longer pass critical judgement on them, or even recognition!

Going way back but I go for Tony Knapp bought by Jimmy Hill no less to replace the injured George Curtis who had a broken leg not one of JH's better days and for his partner, for the total money he cost I would have to say Colin Hendry, with his £750k fee plus wages probably cost us over 2 million

I know this thread is a joke. The goalkeeper played one game which I can guarantee hardly anyone who voted saw.

I didn't think Malaga was that bad. He wasn't that good, but he wasn't that bad

We'll he clearly was as were the only club who gave him a professional contract.

As for the question Allardyce and Hindley were the worst but as the contributions seem so low I'm sure they won't be picked.
