Today posted: "Suppose u can only hide behind a smile for so long...some big decisions to be made..." on twitter.

Has been injured for a while now, 33 years old, my guess is he's on the move or retiring

Maybe a decent ben turner-esque, regain fitness loan?

Would you take him? we have plenty of talent in midfield but I think I'd have him back for his passion alone

That's the problem with Twitter and..ahem..celebs like Baker. For one, I don't really care as he no longer plays for us, but I most of all I don't care about any non football related shenanigans in players lives. Who cares if he's (or any other player ours or not) getting divorced, married, having another kid, moving clubs, coming out as gay, getting a new house/car/flat, etc

He's been injured for about 6 weeks and most posts on the MK forum believe that's no bad thing.

Why does baker use social media like some kind of soap opera? Also who seriously wants to look at what he's doing anyway?

For 70% if his career here baker was tripe and the abuse he got on here was second to none.

Hang on. You're all over the map. You were passing judgement on an injured MK Dons player, and his social media habits.

What has his playing career at Coventry got to do with your post?

He did well for us towards the end of his CCFC career but wouldn't take him back. It would take him too long to get match fit and at this stage of the season we need players who are on it.

No way; considering he was signed in Championship he underperformed for ccfc.

FFS, can we get over Carl Baker? He was mediocre (at best) when here and whilst he seems a nice bloke, we don't want to be bringing in the likes of Baker when we're good on midfield options.

Yes he did well at Franchise Dons but people are way too sentimental with the likes of McSheffrey, Baker etc. Move on for Christ sake...
