McLaren sack imminent, Armstrong recall imminent? (6 Viewers)

Wouldn't surprise me if Rafa has unofficially recalled him to take a look at what he can do for a couple of days, even if it's just assessing every asset for next season. Would make sense. What would worry me is their strikers are struggling to hit a cow's arse with a banjo. If that is the case during training and Armstrong bangs them in against the same keepers it may make his decision a difficult one.

If I was Armstrong I'd be popping up on a day off anyway - see the manager, see what he has in mind for his three year contract... remind the manager of his existence(!)

Or prove he (a Newcastle striker that can score a goal) exists.

BREAKING: news that #NUFC have exercised their recall option on Adam Armstrong. The striker will return to the Magpies. More to follow ⚫️⚪️

That's from a Newcastle fan site I think

BenArmy_6 skybluecurtis I'm certain I read somewhere he doesn't train full time with CCFC when it's a week between games. Will be back.
