personally watching in the background to see how far they can get, as never sure what is around the corner watching our beloved CCFC

Why not support one of the existing other Cov clubs rather than one that was set up to take advantage of our situation?

Will see how things progress after this court case -some fans are probably forgetting about this which is good but I think the outcome dictates our whole future and if the setting up of this other club was a positive move- I do actually look at our other local results particularly sphinx -went and watched them in the fa cup playing Worcester couple of seasons ago at kidderminster ground and also keep an eye on Alvis

If everything went wrong and our beloved Sky Blues are no longer here I would just give up going to watch football, but I certainly wouldn't go and watch this Coventry Utd bunch or the black and yellow tossers.

What about Cov rugby and Cov Sphinx and Coventry Bees and Coventry Jets?
Let them all go bust.
Then they can all support a poor second rate football team in the 3rd division

God forbid it ever happening, but if I were to choose a 'substitute' to follow it wouldn't be one that contains 'United' in their name AND plays in red!

Lots of cities smaller than Coventry support multiple football clubs, so why shouldn't we? I'm sure Cov United had good reasons for sacking their manager and I'm sure it had nothing to do with the position in the league.

I'll get the gossip, I know him and the owners so I'm sure it had something to do with Edwin not being able to commit to I'll anymore. He runs his own business and is a family man, he kept the managers job from the team that Cov Utd owners bought into , and that was 3 divisions down , and he wasn't the lead figure for 250 players they now have signed at different levels .

I played in a rival team to them last season and it's fair to say they think they're a lot better than they are. We managed to get a draw and they were throwing their dummies out the pram constantly. Not sportsmanly or respectful at all.

A large number of the players act is if they're playing for West Ham, and it frustratingly takes over everything in the league because you can't seem to get away from them.

Surely to call yourself 'United' you need to merge two teams together?

Just a crap name for a team really taking advantage of the situation we were in. Hope the club goes bust and I hope all supporters of said club are shat on by multiple Asian elephants.

Can't you be united as a team?

Why though? Why do they think they are so so special?

havent they had successive back to back promotions since the day they were formed and won one of them with about 6 games left or something like that? (I genuinely don't know anything about them)
I think they have tasted nothing but success, which I guess is why they deem 5 points off top with 3 games in hand a failure?
I've got to the stage where I am chuffed with 9th and losing a match 3-1 but totally outplaying the opposition.
I have to accept that as potential

As stated previously they do play in red and they are called united! :)
