Game on Tuesday night , when most other L1 clubs are playing today ?
Because I am working today but I'm not tomorrow night
Goodness , that really is accommodating the fans .
I demand that it's moved to the Wednesday. You ok for then Nick? I think it's because of an event at the Ricoh or a proposed one anyway.

Count me in for Weds

I'm meeting a girl today, taking her for a drink tomorrow, then will be making love wendesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and was planning on chilling on Sunday.

The reason the game wasn't played today is because there are no corporate hospitality facilities available for the prawn sarnie brigade, nice to see the club put this line of business in front of the 10000 hardcore support!
It really is a stupid decision to play it on the Tuesday night, not only do many season ticket holders who are shift workers miss out but so do the lads that follow England.
I'm sure a couple of thousand extra people through the turnstiles on a bank holiday would outweigh the prawn sarnie brigade on a Tuesday night.

Why are there no corporate facilities available? What's wrong with them?
Another pathetic attempt at deflecting criticsm at the club from a franchise bellend.

Getting desperate for bums on seats. I phoned them up asked what time the kick of was. Bird asked "well, what time can you get here?"
Surely if the club knew the game is on they would book the facilities they want in advance ?
This.
Remember this is a Club where the ticket office is in the bar room of the local rugby club.

It was back in July that the game was moved, so I imagine the event was booked in before the fixtures were announced.
Not crazy if you live in those streets and can't park in your own street due to an event at the Ricoh......If it is to do with car parking simple solution is to drop the crazy parking rules on the local streets then there is no problem (sorry Italia)

Nice try wasps fanboy. The club were told they had to move the fixture when it was announced by the FL as then already had an event booked.
And if you now go to HR most of those streets now have parking permits. Its a money making scam if it wasn't they would make parking at the ground free or a sensible price, it also goes for miles I believe near to the former Convoy has a parking ban, set up by people who don't attend or if they do can afford taxi's or get their drivers to drop them at the ground.
This is is one of the very few things that made HR a better ground.
