This thread is bonkers. Sure things get a bit heated at times but I haven't seen anything I'd class as bullying.

There's a button to report posts if anything is bothering people. Unless you're saying people are reporting posts and nothing has been done.

As far as I can see the reason there's not post after post about SISU is that when someone posts about them being useless everyone agrees and the thread dies out.

Say anything bad about Wasps, CCC or ACL and there is a rush to defend them, hence those threads go on forever going around in circles.

My underlying theme is that it's all water under the bridge.

Wasps are settled for the long term so the question is, where do we go from here?

It is unlikely that we could build our own stadium for several reasons. Availability of areas within Coventry area, financing it and ultimately additional incomes supporting it based on stadium facilities and location.

So that leaves us at the Ricoh.
We need to get the legals out the way before we can move on as they are giving false hope to fans and stands in the way of any working relationship with Wasps.
We need to get out this league. Nobody will put substantial money into a club or advertising at this level. This Monday we never even got a mention in BBC Midlands weekend highlights.
Once these 2 items are out the way we need to leverage our club with Wasps with the carrot of substantial benefits for both should we get to the PL.
Other items that come with long term commitment are Ricoh facilities such as ticketing, retail and further access to the incomes that CCFC generate.
We need to see what the long term plan is so we can all unite and work together.

We have hastily agreed a rent deal before based on us getting back into the premiership. Didn't benefit us then, why would it now? The long term plan I believe is what TM referred to about TV money. Using the money to build a team and squad. Keeping the club cost efficient and hoping in time for promotion, which in this league with our current fan base is not as difficult it would be in the championship. TM built good teams at WBA and Boro as he pointed out a few still play for the clubs. I think that is the short term plan at least anyway.

Could be as simple as give us all the football revenues generated on match days, peppercorn rent and access to all additional facilities at cost.
With a guarantee that we will pay 2 mllion rent whilst in the PL.
I don't really know the formula but I do know that in the PL stadium rental and matchday incomes will be a small fry compared to the other incomes/costs.
We do know that advertising on match days is different so advertising for CCFC should be up for grabs.

As I said I'm no expert, but I do believe there are mutual benefits for both teams with us being in the PL.
Just need to get Sisu to the party or escorted to the door.

People are not pinning their hopes on it like I said. Thinking it will save the club. Everyone is realistic in the knowledge that it will be paid to SISU as they are the claimant. People do not see it as the answer which is what you're saying. Suits your we should jump into bed with wasps at any cost and asap argument though. Point is we shouldn't be asking them for our income streams, they are ours even if the stadium ain't. They have been on a charm offensive yet have never said to the club you earn them income and there rightly yours. Unlike what you say they are not just going to give over income streams because we're playing nice. Like it or not there owned by a hedge fund too. Suppose you're still in the honeymoon period with this new one though........

It's easy from the safety of a keyboard and in reality abuse is tolerated on this board because the administrator does not moderate it.

They are also dated 29/10/2015 so no amendments to those published on the London Stock Exchange last November
