As you can see, it looks a bit different.

Bear with me on the Aesthetics, just got to figure out how it works and make it look nice!

Any issues, let me know in here.

I think it's better. Once you've sorted the colour scheme out or whatever, it generally runs smoother for me in chrome and the text formatting toolbar is great.

was there any reason in particular to change? not sure why websites update when not required

likes have all gone. might just turn to the dark side now and become a full time troll

Yeah, the other software was pretty dated and vulnerable to hacking. The newer version was shockingly bad.

There were issues like it not letting people edit on mobiles and it didn't work well on phones.

This should be a lot quicker too! Just a tad bland with no colour yet!

As someone who is not well liked, I like the fact that the likes have disappeared.

I think it would be an ideal time to just disable the "like" function completely.......I believe majority of users on here are grown men....surely our egos are not that fragile?

...I say this as a poster who has just lost one of the strongest ratios on the old forum by the way......like me like me like me....

I am looking at moving them over manually :)

Hhhmmmmm, not sure but early days.
Why change Nick?? Just refreshing or for technical or commercial reasons.

If software stagnates it becomes very easy for someone else to break if they were so inclined.

That's the thing, vBulletin was getting quite easy to hack. The forum software very heavy and slow, this is a lot lighter and faster.

Ignoring how it looks and colours as I will fix that!

Makes sense. Sure it will look great in next 48 hours.

It asserted the fact I am always right...

Admittedly with some posters, it seemed they got automatic likes even if they said that they were tucking into a turd meringue pie for tea.

I might just go the whole facebook liking way, and like all tragic news.

Seems like the migration went pretty well Nick! Looks fine and dandy on Chrome on my S4 with all the features of the full site.

One thing, I've activated the panic button feature, but don't see an icon for it anywhere?
