What will it be next season? Season ticket prices have increased so I assume that match day tickets will to. Surely that means it will be more next season than far less.

Prices are far lower than when it aw the average of £12 - season tickets in some areas were nearly £500

Looking at the 14/15 accounts, the ticket revenue was c£1.76m and we averaged c8k, which is about £9.50 per person per visit.

The most we've ever averaged in ticket revenue at the Ricoh was £12 - it's now far less.
So when we were in the championship which I expect us where we are going to be after next season?
When we played Leeds or Birmingham, was the average price £12 pounds?
We may play Villa, Wolves, Brum, Leeds abd I have a sneaky feeling WBA
Can we get 400 k out of 2 of them?

It won't be because:
1) It will be harder to get to
2) Impossible to park
3) Symbolise lack of ambition
4) Any piecemeal development will Saddle the club with debt
4) Should the club (by divine intervention) become successful half of fan base won't be able to get tickets.

Also, can a balanced individual please tell me why this is the "real" poll?

It's the real poll because Grendel says it is!!

I think it's because this poll has been set up to promote SISU thinking whereas the should SISU continue with litigation poll is questioning SISU thinking and you're not allowed to question SISU therefore the results of that poll regardless of how indisputable will be dismissed as irrelevant and the results of this poll (providing the tide stops changing) will be cast iron fact and be passed of as representing 100% of the fan base.

Hope that helps ;)

Do you mean like the telegraph putting out stories claiming that's what the fans think based on a poll on their site?

Neither can be used as fact or a representation

No.I mean how polls on this site get dismissed when the results don't fit.
It depends what they are dismissed as, I'd say both this and the litigation over were about right just going of general opinion on here and posts on here.

By no means can be used to say Coventry city fans think...."

Do you mean they get dismissed because they don't coincide with the opinions of others?

On the old system they weren't as good, as half the people couldn't vote! And others didn't actually understand it as they thought it was for wasps fans talk..

Like I said. Dismissed when the outcome doesn't fit. Thankyou for proving me correct.

You have a poor grasp of economics.

For those games I would say theysy have been higher but of they were higher then only due to a huge away following as I believe we charged full price for all away fans at the time.

For home fans almost certainly no. The point is pointless though as we only got averages of 20,000 by substantial ticket inducements and concessions.

Even if individual games were more - others were even less.

Priced correctly it's not rocket science to work out that ticket revenue wouldn't be impacted and on those games you refer to we made no revenue from any other source at the game did we?

Not my economics
Someone else's
I am just pointing out there will be matches in the championship with 25k plus matches (not due to ticket consessions)

No there will not. How? Season ticket holders pay £11 - £12 a ticket, under 13's and concessions less, JSB free for the season.

So how? As I say the only way is to exploit away fans and the only games we've ever had 25,000 is due to big away following.

Other than one game when we charged £5 and possibly one cup game have we ever had more than 25,000 home fans at the ground?

You don't know what the price structure will be in the championship next season and yes of course the games that will be 25k plus will be due to a huge away following that's what happens in big matches. Our attendance goes up and the away gets filled as well.

If we charge full price and season tickets at £16 average a game and less concessions no chance would we get that many to games.

Well yourself, Grendel etc, I can't believe you've received thousands of likes in the time the new site has been up.
I've moved loads over? Dongo, Tony, duffer, osb etc.

What's your point?

When I had a spare few minutes I sat and did a few as well, purposely tried to think of a range of posters who post a lot and did theirs.

I can't remeber if his have been moved yet.

Is it a problem for you or are you just trying to be a dick?

I have woke up at 2.53 am most nights, worrying about my like count.

But no, was just curious why some have been transferred while others haven't. Not sure why you get so defensive all the time.

Some people have asked for them, some others I went through a thread and did peoples who had posted in the thread.

It is hardly defensive is it? It's the fact I knew somebody like you would point it out, so I made sure when I did a random set of users I thought of who disagrees with me most of the time to do theirs ;)

You weren't just asking though were you?

I'm pretty certain I just asked.
