The council shouldn't block the football club on any new stadium adventure
Other than if they genuinely have no option planning permission wise.
However I were them I would ask another council to assess any planning permission application made by SISU.
In the current climate that would be the fairest thing to do.
(Aside that we should be starting with 18k and have the potential to rise to 30k)

They can't block the planning permission other than by normal planning considerations.
Any appeal goes to central government.

I think the council are shitting it on this JR2, I think they're going to be found out that they sold it to spite SISU and will face a tricky time squirming out of it ! I hope all the individuals involved in that decision are implicated and shafted !

Agree the valuation sold to Wasps ammouts to nothing short of a gift. The mistake Wasps made on behalf of the council was they were so keen to cash in their asset they re valued swiftly at circa 40m!! Plain site to some questionable deals especially if its true the club were not offered the chance at bettering the deal.
