It is true that the wider public have little idea as to what is going on, I don't think what is going on what go down well at all.
They really don't, And that's what needs to be put across.

No it's an attempt to unite against one common enemy.

If the trust do not see wasps as an enemy then it should state this.

Sisu are the enemy. Full stop.
Everybody else is either protecting themselves or getting on with what they say.
Sisu have not changed anything so don't expect fans, ratepayers or organisations to ever get behind then again.

Once Sisu have gone everything else will drop back into place.

It's strange really. Wasps refused to withdraw planning application. People seemed to be annoyed and willing to fight. Charity block any long term deal for the academy. Everyone hates sisu again. Also been noted the can't trust them because of litigation. You know what people bleat on here about. Roll that line out which has already been accepted by the fan base. Very clever man pwkh. One thing though. Alan higgs was a lifelong Coventry City supporter. Think he would be proud of you?

We have never stopped hating them, since they took us to Northampton.

You speak with such certainty yet you can't be certain because you have no idea what sisu will do. Even if you have an idea what wasps may do. Therefore stop the propaganda italia. It doesn't help.

What have they done then italia? Cmon. You seem to know everything. Enlighten the forum with your knowledge.

The forum knows in spades how Sisu have tried on several occasions tried to do one over on Higgs. Both at the Ricoh and at the Higgs Centre.
Appears your the only one that doesn't know, or chooses to forget !!

We are all life long supporters.
So stop bleating.
No ground. Council trying to block move to BPA. Team who have been here for less than two years threatening future of academy and local trust putting in caveats to hamstring us even further.

Of course we're fucking bleating!

Oh yes, innocent higgs. Forgot all of that stuff.

How did they try and do over the higgs at the ricoh? Was that when they offered them about the same as what wasps actually paid?

You could say it was the other way round, when higgs were asking for that 5m you had councillors saying that was a lot more than it was worth.

Still, little innocent higgs and those nasty people. Pwkh has hated things with a passion for years, I'd say as far back as 2011 and probably more.

What about when the higgs refused to sell to people before sisu even came in?

I agree with grendels stance in that we need one statement which is joined up but it seems like the main parties in this probably have their own agendas at play I,e. CET.
For me this isn't about going after wasps or ccc or SISU for that matter, it's about everyone joining to stop the death of the club and what all of these parties who have the power to influence can do about it. What is sisu's plan, what are ccc going to do to ensure that the clubs future is secured, what will it take for ccfc to be part of the Ricoh setup on a long term basis. They are all pissing about with 'it's his fault' shite whilst the club goes down the toilet. The trust should be leading these discussions and they need to send a strong statement out which is a 'call to arms' demanding that all parties get together and actually start the ball rolling in arranging this meeting. Someone independent needs to run this process because the three main protagonists won't.

Do one over? How? Refusing to pay costs they had no legal obligation to? Offering 2 million for a share that without the club was worthless? A share I may add that was only sold for 770k more with the club and an extra 200 years on the lease. I think higgs play the victim as well as sisu.

Unless of course there is something I don't know about?

Pwkh certainly knows how to play the fans...

Protecting a 12 million pound community investment? Yet sell a chunk of the site for 400k and a peppercorn rent? Losing netball facilities in the process. I personally think it's a bit contradictory.

If only you knew.

You came on here shouting people down for not supporting sisu, now it's for not hating them and backing wasps.

People start to not listen after so long of nailing your colours to the wrong mast.

Read the Judicial review. It's damning.
I will never nail my colours to the Sisu mast. People should not forget they took us to Northampton for their own personal gain.
Seems like the usual have nailed their colours to it thinking they will get us out of the Wasps/CCC stranglehold. !!

Stranglehold? Strange. You seem to be quite enjoying it.

Erm, you already have nailed to them. So instead of saying read the jr, point it out.

Since the jr wasps took over, we saw what they paid. So the values offered aren't insulting.

Pwkh was playing fans from the start, joker

There is no point if you can't except the ruling of the court judgement.

The threat to the club is wasps.

I'll just sit here quietly then shall I? Just let everyone else bang on about how sisu have destroyed the club when in fact they haven't been alone in doing that?

This is exactly why this thing is never going to work.

One says the threat is Wasps, another says Sisu, another says Wasps, Sisu and CCC.

We can't even sing from the same hymn sheet and that is why this is protest thing is never going to work unfortunately.

Blackpool is easy, fans against owner. This here is Sisu, Higgs, Wasps, CCC, with so many fans with opposing views and little consensus of opinion.

The swimming pool gets rid of the Academy not the Wasps complex. As you know.
Of course the wasps compex does:
- the main academy pitch is gone replaced by the kicking barn
- 2 of the remaining 4 pitches will be for wasos sole use only
- wasps will have sole use for half the time of a 3rd pitch

That leaves 1 pitch.

I wouldnt be surprised it the swimming pool and the wasps development are all inter linked, as they've already agreed to let CSF have small amount of community use of the kicking barn as the swimming pool is going. That will no doubt be mentioned when they put in planning app for the swimming pool.

And actually CSF have served notice on us because they have replaced us by wasps so it is all linked.

I assume you have seen the full plans then? That you know the fa will be ok with us only having the pitch after 3pm. They will be ok that we don't have primacy. Thanks for clearing it all up italia. Not sure why Armstrong and Anderson were struggling with it. Just needed to speak to you. Where would we be without you, eh?

The best cause of action, in my opinion, is to create a NOPM campaign aimed at Wasps throughout the Coventry area .There major problem will be in 18 months time when they cannot refund the debt payments associated with their bond issues. It will be interesting to see their ticketing policy (free giveaways etc) next season. Their break even must be in excess of 20,000 plus corporate spend. They must also be panicking about stadium naming rights. This helps CCFC in their negotiations.

Don't disagree but most of the public don't share our viewpoint for our club, ironically there arnt many fans with this stance. Most believe it's firmly SISU only

And it will never work whilst fans but their club second to any of those you mention above. It's a straight choice, you're

a) for the football club
b) against the football club

The battle has moved on. Now two issues, both SISU and Wasps. Wasps are the competition who I do not blame for our predicament They have just ceased an opportunity created by SISU.

Don't blame them? If they hadn't been ok with moving a club 95 miles we wouldn't quite have the mess we do. Let's hope they cease to exist in Coventry
