It's an out of town site in another councils borough or nothing.
No future whatsoever at the Ricoh, may get 5% more pie money but what future is that.
Starting to hate the Ricoh , bloody soulless bowl. Build a German style stadium with stands close and steep by the pitch side.
SISU continue with your JR's , engage with another council and get the investors to put their money on the table and build the fucking thing out of the reach of the worst council in Britain and their insect bum chums
With what?So "LAST" was spot on the other night then.
Good!
So "LAST" was spot on the other night then.
Great. No home and no future home. Awesome.

I didn't but over time I start to wonder if there's more to it as more things get revealed. I don't really see what Kieran has to gain tweeting things that aren't true when he doesn't even work at the club anymore.Dave. You seem like an intelligent bloke, do you really buy all this nonsense?
An out of town a stadium with a combined first team/academy facility it is then...........
I see this "EXCLUSIVE" from Reid is actually info lifted from a Cov Telegraph article -

Clearly thats the most important thing to focus onI see this "EXCLUSIVE" from Reid is actually info lifted from a Cov Telegraph article
Well you were engaging with him !With what?
Given that SISU are unlikely to invest the amount required to build a stadium from scratch, is anyone concerned they'll try to move the club to the vacant Nene Park? I think there are some sort of Academy facilities there, but obviously not Cat 2 standard. The FL might "reluctantly make an exception" to their rules and approve it. Nothing would surprise me anymore.

What about his other article from today? Surprised you've not commented on that one.

I thought about Hinckley old ground, though doesn't a team called Leicester Road FC use it now ?Unlikely but I think they should have looked at Hinckley United old ground.
Wasn't there a site about 5 mins away from the Ricoh that it was confirmed talks had taken place about? What A444 site Kieran Crowley is talking about?

Its largely irrelevant if any of us thought it was going to happen. The fact is CRFC and CCFC have been in talks and already there has been two attempts, both connected to the council, to block the project before it even gets off the ground.
As a CCFC supporter doesn't that worry you? Seems to me that whatever plan is put forward by the club the council will do their best to ensure it does't happen.
That's the way I see it, looks like a concerted effort to force them out, let's hope it works. The squeeze is well and truly in, been said before that every base, turn or twist Sisu make is covered. Decision is to move out the city, build out the city or sell. Build is unlikely, move if sisu carry on thus is the only option and did not go well before. Lastly sell, To who? if this is the plan then my guess is a few select already know.
So not shocked, surprised by latest news all part of the play that in my mind is coming to the final curtain close.
So who buys when sisu go?That's the way I see it, looks like a concerted effort to force them out, let's hope it works.
Whatever the outcome it ain't gonna be pretty.
I don't recall one being mentioned.Wasn't there a site about 5 mins away from the Ricoh that it was confirmed talks had taken place about?
If you bothered to read what I wrote, Grendel, you would have seen I said 'good' to the encouragement of peace talks.
You just carrying on spinning though, eh!
Whatever the cost? That's the way I see it, looks like a concerted effort to force them out, let's hope it works.

Post 372 onwards on the "forced takeover" thread,What did he say then?
