Apparently the library in tesco is being turned into a wasps shop.

Do they need another one? Hopefully my dad heard wrong.

I think it was said the Library was closing because it was costing too much in rent.

Wouldn't surprise me.

where did he hear that?

Yeah, I think the rent deal was pretty unsustainable. Sound familiar?

Wouldn't surprise me if Wasps went in there too.

Killing education?

It's been planned for several months to move the library out of the Arena Park site and relocate it.

The unit will therefore be vacant and anyone could have applied to use it.

Not exactly an attempt to kill education in favour of Wasps as your thread title states.

Yeah, it's been planned for a while, so not really killing education as you say.

Just waiting for the announcement they have managed to get the lease for our shop to knock through, then the offer to allow us to be there if we drop legals against CCFC

Uh-oh, who do we rent the shop off? I wonder if we hear that the lease won't be extended....

We restrict that kind of things to schools nowadays.

How is it being restricted by relocating the library to Holbrooks Community Centre?

Sorry, I mean we restrict "killing education" to schools. In schools. In the classroom. Nothing to do with the library or Holbrooks....Ah, nevermind...

Why would they want a shop in Tesco when they have one at the ground? Seems a bit pointless to say the least.

We haven't got a shop anymore it's been outsourced.
Yes another resource our owners have away could have run it with the staff they are or have made redundant at the ticket office....
I blame the Telegraph myself.....

You just multi task don't you. ;)

It would appear so.

It just seems that any rational opinion being put forward at SBT automatically makes you a council/Wasps lover.

whether your opinion is rational or not is subjective.

A person's subjective opinion on and objective option doesn't make the original option subjective.

Or a SISU apologist.
