Mcgovern has played well in euros and his contract with Hamilton has ended or so it seems if played for them can't be on much and would be better than what we have

yep. Peter Reid made that point and it's the only bit of sense he ever spoke.
Though I'd imagine a lot pf players mantra was never sign for a team managed by Peter Reid if you're in demand on the back of a good world cup/euros

We did manage to screw the Red shite out of nearly £4M for phil babb on the back of his world cup tho.......so theres always a positive

Excellent footballer though and his sale was one of the reasons I hated Richardson so much as the day before he was sold I met him at a forum and he spoke to me like I had just fell out of his arse
