Ok if you really mean that I tell you what. Providing he plays more than 12 games if he scores less than 3 goals next season I will pay a charity of your choice £50.

If he scores more than 2 you pay a charity of my choice £15.

Do we have a deal?

If we had £3m we wouldn't have bought him. :)

My point was more that Bolton paid £3m for him only 4 years ago.

How much you pay for someone hasn't got a lot to do with it these days, it's if the player gels in the team. How much were Clarke and McGoldrick?

OK you have a deal, if he plays more than 12 games you don't sound very confident in him lasting the season. :nailbiting:

I've liked your post as you've took the bet.

I plucked 12 out of the air as he could easily be injured on his debut and you could waive your pointy stick at me and blame sisu. He's a reasonable footballer and I think a good signing.

It's a win win all round as a charity will benefit, if he score's more than 3 will be happy to pay up. ;)

Nope. If he scores more than 2 goals you will be paying up.

I say -1 as he will be shit as we never paid a gazillion pounds for him and he doesn't play for France.

5. No reason to suggest he'll score more than in previous seasons. Colchester were good going forward last season, with good creative midfielders making lots of chances. Their league position was due to their woeful defending.
