Really? Pray tell, how do you sell loanees? For me it's been get rid of x amount of players then(So we're told) we can use those wages to bring in new players. Now! how exactly are we using what must have been astronomical wages from last season to the point of being 10 players down on last season yet still have to sell to bring in players??? Am I right... or am I right???
Who said anything about selling loan players?
he will need to release and potentially sell players in order to bring in and afford thr wages of new players.
A) we havent finished signing players
B) the 5-6 youngsters that signed new contracts will all have had pay rises, add to that other players may have also had a pay rise as part of their contracts
C) we have signed Thomas and sordell and Jones (including fee) and wages will have been committed towards mccann, you could probably also add ghadzev to that too, signed very late with an eye on this season, we probably took the hit on wages knowing that cash flow would balance after the season
D) he isn't saying he has to sell, but more that he may have to sell to get thr players he wants. Hes probably already set aside certain budget for each postion but might want someone better that costs more so will have to compromise or sell to get them.
As hobo says we havent got a pot to piss in, our budget is c£2-2.5m if TM wants to extend that or afford a fee for someone he will need to sell.
We will make more signings before the window closes, stop moaning and stop panicking
