Meeting is tonight - as already mentioned CA will be absent and MV will be there (MV was always planning to attend, he is not a late replacement) so if there are any further questions I am happy to try and get some answers

Where does our playing budget fall in the league this season compared to the top six budget we apparently had last season.

Can you elaborate on the infrastructure that TM has eluded to.

What did venus think of the trusts statement? Does he feel the need to panic? Would he and TM allow interference from CA or sisu for that matter? When they signed were they not given control on player transfers?

How much interest are we paying this year on the loans from SISU? Has it affected the playing budget? Because something has...

Isn't that in the accounts?

Last years accounts, I want to know about this year. They screwed up about how we were allegedly breaking even but got it wrong by a few thousands fans. They've had to supplement that interest money from somewhere.

But have they actually been paying any interest money? Didn't they put a loan in? I assume some will be paid back.

Has the playing budget increased , stayed the same or decreased from last year?
Did you expect to have to sell someone in order to acquire your targets or did that change as you missed out on people during the summer?
How many signings do you expect/hope to make before the season starts?
Wilson has an injury record over three years very similar to Reda's.
Why are you in talks with Wilson but Reda's injury record means there are no talks with him?

Good luck, hope you get something positive in the way of answers but I'm not holding my breath.

Hopefully it will be more about plans on the football side. Might be more constructive with mv.

Give it until tomorrow when bhsb and last come on dropping hints :)

But everyone knows it's him and he was Pictured at a friendly with Cov training kit on

This is like the "so major CCfFC new coming up", and we are all saying "it can't be that we have a sponsor on our shorts", and that's exactly what it is.

I fully expect it to be McCann

Why was Chris Anderson not there ? Not as if this meeting was out of the blue and probably the main one of the year being its on the eve of the new season. Perhaps he's. Corrie fan.

Brief notes from meeting - hopefully answering some of the questions raised on here
1. CA was absent and Mark Venus attended. It was always intended that MV would be there but CA absence was not - so no real updates re Ricoh, Academy etc available
2. Wilson and McCann hopefully will be signed. Wilsons injury record is a gamble but one Mowbray feels is worth taking. McCann loan is not ideal but better to have a few month so him than none at all and if he was available for a year or permanent its unlikely we would get such a quality player due to competition from other clubs
3. Budget is competitive, MV unsure how we could measure what other clubs get and would not be drawn on whether it was more or less than last year but implication was that it was similar
4. He was unsure about Maddison money but thought it hadnt left club and he had been assured that Vincelot money would be available to him if needed
5. Vincelot sale was Mowbrays decision as he feels money better spent elsewhere
6. MV feels we need another 5/6 players
7. There is now a small scouting network in place and a stats man has been appointed to give him and TM more info on players and opposing teams
8. MV feels academy is vital and he will stress this to board and owners
9. All ticket questions such as upgrading concessions and 6/12 game packages are being worked on and news should be released in next week or so
10. Portsmouth tickets will NOT be added to season tickets but a seperate ticket issued because Ticketmaster not ready with registering season tickets but all future cup matches will be added to season ticket when purchased
Hope that covers most of the questions asked
