It is interesting though, because not 1 person has mentioned things like "well CCFC Said they are leaving" back then.
Even Ashdown, who hates SISU was saying it was because they want to get Wasps in there...
Still, not a single person saying it was because CCFC has said they were going to leave. Maybe it wasn't because CSF weren't saying it over and over in the telegraph
You don't think when PWKH made this statement he had in mind that CCFC were saying we are only going to be at Higgs short term as we are going to build our own academy facility

So, you have Ashdown (who you would agree is very vocal about hating SISU....) saying back then about it being so they can move Wasps in. Why isn't there uproar about it being because CCFC have handed them notice and told them 1000000 times (but they wont prove it or back it up) that they are leaving.
It was probably about the time PWKH's family of laywers were tensing their muscles too wasn't it? (Still amazed nobody mentions them loving a bit of legal action too)

My point is (which you seem to be missing) is that all of a sudden CSF mention that article with a 5 point plan on (Which doesn't say anything about moving away from the Higgs or anything either, it is very non comittal) and it is like people are sleeping with a copy next to their bed.
So many people have things put into their heads, words into their mouths. Probably means they will come on and post threads about how they are proud of councils etc. high fiving when the club is fucked over.

I will break down what I am saying
Wingy = bumps post asking effectively did this show Wasps were lined up back then as PWKH say CCFC will only be here a short time
You and others focus mainly on the inappropriateness of his article
Me - agree with his poor taste point out that he probably wasn't talking about Wasps coming in but more that CCFC wanted a 12 month rolling contract as eventually they would be building their own academy.

If it was a rolling contract as you put it, would it not need it in writing to cancel?

Short term would be dependant on what you say around a deal.
If you sign 12 monthly rolling contracts but you are saying you want to stay there for ever and that suits both sides then great that's not short term.
If you sign 12 monthly rolling contracts. Whikst saying you are building you own facility that's short term to me.
If the other side want to get long term stability elsewhere. When they do you can hardly play the victim
