The booking fee applies to all tickets. Print at home saves on postage and is convenient, but there is still a fee iirc.
On the website it says no fee I think?

Ah, they have edited it to make it clearer! Just delivery is free :(

Aye. No escaping the fee I'm afraid! Every ticket we sell, home or away, £1 goes to TM, and £6 for every ST. Nice gig!

It's the reason TM don't want potg. It falls outside the contract terms. Any potg option would have to include the extra charge as otherwise people would just do that and TM would lose revenue. I am sure they'll work something out though, they'll have to.

Would be interesting to know what other clubs do, could maybe ask on their forums?

what a strange set up,
i went to The Butts on Monday, to purchase (not book) 2 tickets,
attached to the table was a printed notice, to the effect, price of ticket £15, concessions £10,
so i agreed to this, & was then told that there would be £1 booking fee, per ticket, i said that i wanted to to purchase, not book tickets, but was told that the fee of £1 was applicable to all tickets,
who, i wonder is responsible for aligning us to Ticketmaster

The club is. It's what Italia wanted - you pay a booking fee for wasps.

When its up and running it will be more cost effective and efficient than CCFC running it.
I'd rather pay the £1 than the club paid it.

What was the booking fee for your wasps season ticket?

Think they've messed this up. There's no fees if you pay on the gate so that is now the cheapest way to buy tickets. Given we have 20K empty seats why would anyone now buy in advance?

So a few weeks in when people have worked this out you'll have thousands of people turning up at 2:45 wanting to pay cash.
