Still no season tickets (4 Viewers)

Me and my 9 year old still waiting for our season tickets.

Went in last Friday and received complementary tickets for Tuesday's game and a promise from the office that they'd sort things during the week.

Oh well!

Least the club have had their money from the finance company and I'm paying them.

Any thoughts friends?

that's shit mate, I hope they sort you out some sort of compensation, a free shirt for your young 'un would be a start.

What with this thread and this one regarding the disabled person ,Why is Simon Gilbert not giving whoever in charge of ticketing at the city hell. If it's Ticketmaster's fault surely someone at CCFC should be questioning them.Seem 2 fingers in the pie now and they both blame each other.

It's very strange. I purchased my ticket 72 hours before kick off and obtained it at the kiosk on match day with no issues. It took less than 1 minute.

Is the op sure the issue is not some credit problem as he paid on finance?

Bought 4 tickets at the same time. 2 using finance, 2 not using finance. This was on the 8th June

2 not on finance received on the Wednesday before the first game so my father in law called in and was told there was no record of the other tickets being purchased.

I called in last thing on the Friday before the first home game with the finance agreement and proof of the first payment coming out of my account.

Lady couldn't understand if but gave me complementary tickets for that game and the bury game and said she'd look into it after the Tuesday and give me a ring to confirm what's happened and details of when I'd receive our tickets

Not heard a peep!!

A bit frustrated to be fair but I'll give the club a chance to resolve it

So Grendel there is obviously a problem but it's not one of my making.

Update from the lady at ticket office. Very apologetic for the delay. No idea why the situation occurred but resolved now and tickets should be with us before the weekend.

No wonder they resent you if you just hand their email address out to all and sundry.

I haven't got mine either - emailed this morning and have received this reply

Thank you for your email, I’m sorry to hear that your season ticket card has not yet arrived with you.


All season ticket cards have now been dispatched and are on their way to our supporters via Royal Mail, and we had full confidence that the postal service would have this with you before the game, I do apologise if this is not the case at this time.


I have requested for both of your season ticket cards to be reissued for you as soon as possible, and expect for these to arrive within the next few days.

Suppose the answer to this would be to send them via a tracked service, which TM do offer, but the postage price would then be about £6.
