All this talk of the club moving out of Coventry
I assume most would agree that a move of let's say over 10-15 miles away would likely again result in crowds of 1000-2000. The proof is based on last time.
The aim of the move last time was to devalue ACL and either get it for less or possibly nothing.
What would SISU gain from such a move this time. What good does a football team playing in front of 1000 fans do for them.
If they decide to stick with the club self funding then we are talking back to back relegations due to such attendances.
Whether you believe they would be allowed or not I fail to see a reason why they actually would.
It seems the legal action is the only way to recoup money and I don't think the legal action requires continued ownership of the club
